Our Classes

NEW for 2026!

Corde Lisse - Rope Art

Rope, or Corde Lisse, is one of the most physically demanding and rewarding aerial disciplines you can learn. Through structured progressions, students will build strength as they learn to climb, flip upside down, and wrap the rope around them to explore unique shapes and exciting "drops," where you tumble through the air before being safely caught by the corde lisse. Students should come with a water bottle and clothes that will keep their stomach and the backs of their legs covered even when upside down.
